2) Donate directly to the Alzheimers's Association
- Donate directly to the Alzheimer's Association by selecting the button below and choosing the Unit 498, Peninsula Team "Donate Now" option to credit the Unit 498 End ALZ campaign.
- Or write a check. Just download the file below, fill out the information, and mail it to the address mentioned in the form. Please also send an email to Barbara Lewis to inform the Unit of your donation.
- Or you may donate from your Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) or through your Charitable Donor Advised Fund. Please note on your donation that it is on behalf of "Unit 498 & The Peninsula Team, Event 3011, Participant 3585".
